He is author and ownerof five patents in field of ICT.
For the last 20 years he has been awarded with over 60 top international awards for ICT innovations in USA, UK, Canada, Russia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Poland, Romania, Poland, Croatia and Malaysia.
In those 20 years of his professional career, due to his remarkable passion, real-world knowledge and technical expertise through demonstration of exemplary commitment, he has been holder of Microsoft Most Valuable Professional title for 14 years in the row (latest one 2018-2019), for 10 years he was Microsoft Regional Director (2003-2013). He is regular lecturer on Microsoft conferences all over the world like TechEd Europe, WinDays, MS Network, MobilityDay. He is lecturer at University College for Applied Computer Engineering.
Tomislav is one of the founders of Microsoft Community in Croatia and he participated in establishment of them in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Armenia and Moldovia.
Tomislav is Vice President of International .NET Association (INETA) Europe and Vice President of Information Technology Industry Sector in Croatian Chamber of Economy.
