Maja is Customer insights manager in A1 Croatia who leads all data science projecsts and activities initiated by Business transformation sector.
After finishing the Faculty of Economics and Business, Maja worked couple of years in accounting and finance but also developed quantitative and presentation skills working as ssociate at Department of Statistics at Faculty. Switch to data science happened by joining to the one of the biggest banks in Croatia. Five years of experience in customer analytics, predictive analytics, campaign management, big data technologies and projects led to the ideal combination of business knowledge and technical skills which she is now applying in the telco world.
Data Science experience: from group strategy to local execution
In this session, Maja and Mario will talk about how the collaboration on Data Science and AI works in large enterprises. They will give an overview on how to bring general priorities, actions and obstacles from the Group to a local country execution. Main focus will be on the projects and best practices shared between the Group and A1 Croatia.
